The individual property calendar lets you know exactly what you have coming in the future, and you can always contact us to let us know if you would like to use your own holiday home for a period.
Our team of holiday advisors will do their best to promote your holiday home to the right guests, you will soon see that your holiday home is no longer costing money, but actually making money!
Depending on your requirements we have different packages that will cover the most common needs:

Our commission
Our standard listing package is structured to make the actual renting out of your holiday home as attactive as possible. We operate with a very low fixed commission of only 10%. We do however market your holiday home actively and to recoup that cost, we will charge you the first 350 euros that we make you per season. In other words an example could be:
Your holiday home is priced at 905 euros per week and we add our 10% commission giving a customer price at 995 euros per week. The first week we rent it out for you, we withhold 350 euros from the 905 euros, so you only make 550 euros on that week. The following weeks we rent it out you will make 905 euros.
We believe this setup is the most easy and most fair for you. It motivates us to get your holiday home rented out and it keeps your commission at a minimum – remember – it doesn’t cost you anything to become a Jakobs Villa!
