Located in one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca we find this charming villa overlooking Calpe and the famous rock. The tranquil setting of the villa on the side of the mountains at the entrance to Calpe makes this a sought after holiday location.
Entering the villa we are welcomed to a rustic hall that leads into the charming round living room with its beautiful beams in the ceiling. From here you have a stunning view over the garden and pool area and the rock of Calpe. The living room has a dining area with space for 6 people and a comfortable lounge area centered on the TV. The kitchen opens to the dining room and is equipped with all you would need to prepare your meals here, including microwave oven and a gas range. From the kitchen you can exit directly to the terraces and walk down to the swimming pool area. Part of the terraces are shielded and thus the perfect place to enjoy your dinner al fresco. One of the 3 bedrooms are found on this floor and is equipped with 2 beds and access to a bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are found on the lowered ground floor which has its own entrance. Entering this annex you are welcomed by a large bar that you easily reach from the pool area and terraces outside the villa. The ideal setting for a party or celebration in Spain. From the bar area you continue down a hallway and find the remaining two bedrooms, both equipped with single beds and sharing a bathroom with a bathtub. You will surely enjoy your vacation in this charming villa, which is the ideal location for people looking for a relaxing vacation in a tranquil area. Enjoy! The Area

At the heart of the Costa Blanca, within the region of Valencia lies an ancient fishing village, now a tourist magnet by the name of Calpe. Calpe sits in an ideal location, easily accessed by the A7 motorway and the N332 that runs from Valencia to Alicante. Calpe is dominated by the towering rock of Ifach which reaches to an impressive 332m and is now a nature reserve. The summit of the rock is reached by means of a tunnel through the rock. From here, magnificent panoramic views can be had. On a clear day, the island of Ibiza is visible. Calpe has a wonderful mixture of old Valencian culture and modern tourist trappings, perfectly harmonizing providing an ideal base from which to explore the local area or enjoy on the many beaches. Calpe alone has three of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the coast.
