Wonderful villa in calm neighbourhood
You find this modern villa in a popular yet calm area in Playa Flamenco outside Torrevieja. With a short drive of 40 minutes to either Alicante or Murcia airport this is a good central location with a good proximity to shops, bars and restaurants – without being set in the middle of a tourist zone. You find the beaches less than 10 minutes away and golf courses can be reached in the same time.
The villa is set on a plot with its own gated parking and a nice space for relaxing and enjoying the sun in front. On the backside you find a barbecue and the large swimming pool. Entering this fully air-conditioned villa you are welcomed to the nice bright living room and lounge. The beautiful rustic furniture gives the villa a beautiful and contemporary feel that makes you feel welcome. Two large and comfortable couches are centered around the DVD and flat screen TV. In the lounge you also find a HIFI system. The kitchen has all accessories that you would expect of a modern villa, including a microwave oven. From the kitchen you can exit to the terraces and the barbecue behind the house. One of the 3 bedrooms is found on the ground floor and is equipped with two comfortable single beds. Next to it a toilet and shower room is found. Following the stairs up you find the master bedroom which has a large comfortable double bed. From this room you can walk out on a good sized balcony. The ideal place to enjoy the morning sun with breakfast al fresco! The remaining bedroom with two single beds is found next door and shares a large bathroom with a bathtub with the master bedroom. In total 6 people sleeps comfortably in this villa. This modern villa is the ideal holiday home for all holiday makers looking for a place to relax in the sun. TORREVIEJA
Torrevieja is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons, which form the well-known “Salterns of Torrevieja”. It is situated on the Costa Blanca, approximately one hours drive South from Benidorm and 40 minutes from Alicante airport. It is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. It is said to be good for sufferers of arthritis, asthma and rheumatism. The area is regarded by the World Health Organisation as having the healthiest climate in Europe. Torrevieja isn’t a resort in the package holiday sense, there are only a few hotels and the area is much loved by the Spanish who flock here during the summer months for their holidays. Features
