Q: What requirements does Jakobs Villas have to a holiday home?
A: The holiday home has to be attractive to holiday makers. The main things that will make your holiday home attractive to a holiday maker is relating to location, facilities, and price. We only list holiday homes that we believe are able to be rented out.
Q: If I list my holiday home with you – can I still use it myself?
A: Of course, you are always welcome to use the holiday home as much as you please. However, we do insist that you respect our bookings (which you can always see on the online calendar). You are also welcome to advertise your holiday home through other websites commercially.
Q: What kind of fee do you charge?
A: We offer different solutions to advertising your holiday home. The main one is that we take 10% commission and we take the first 350 euros made by your holiday home per year. In other words – you only pay if we actually rent it out! If that setup does not appeal to you, we are always flexible to accommodate other solutions. You should also read more under Advertising.
