In the popular Calahonda between Fuengirola and Marbella you find this exclusive and central villa just one minutes walk to the sandy beaches, bars and restaurants.

Set in a spacious and mature garden this villa has a large swimming pool and plenty of space to enjoy the sun or maybe to have nice breakfast a clear morning. A bricked up barbecue is found in the garden.

Entering the the villa you are welcomed to the large a spacious hall that leads you to the kitchen, lounge and bar area here. A staircase leads up to a large dining and lounge area, where you find a dining table and comfortable sofa group that easily seats 8 people.

Apart from a TV and DVD-player you find a fireplace making this a cozy place to relax in the evenings all year round.

With a bar on the ground floor that opens to a small patio you can enjoy the late evenings with your friends under the warm summer sky with a glass of good Spanish wine.

The 4 bedrooms are nicely decorated and all have en suite bathrooms. Two of them have large double beds and the last two have two single beds each.

Calahonda

Calahonda is very favourably situated in the province of Malaga, yet only ten minutes drive from the cities of Marbella and Fuengirola. The new motorway means the drive to the Malaga International airport has been reduced to about 20 minutes and Puerto Banus can be reached in less than 15 minutes.

One of the reasons for Calahondas popularity is its situation and southerly location. This gives the area a unique Southern European climate and welcoming, refreshing cool night breezes. The atmosphere of the countryside and its coastal lifestyle make it an attractive place to visit. Its original founders were especially keen to keep the area green, hence all the wonderful parks, green areas and small coastal harbors. The varied development has meant you can find a mixture of luxurious villas, charming little houses, smart apartments and attractive townhouses.

Calahonda extends gently from the coast to the undulating hills some several hundred meters above sea level. This gives many of the properties fantastic views of the surrounding countryside running down to the sea and on clear days along the coastline to Africa and Gibraltar.
