Splendid villa in quiet residential area


This beautiful one plan villa is located in the peaceful urbanization Campoverde only 30 minutes to Torrevieja, the same to the airport of Murcia and 10 minutes from the wide, clean beaches that Costa Blanca is famous for. This area of the Costa Blanca is calm and gives a nice and original view of how the Spanish sun coast was before the mass-tourism arrived.

The villa is set in a nice private terraced garden with a large inviting swimming pool and several sun loungers. The ideal place to enjoy the sun, or maybe to have an al fresco barbecue with friends and family. With a fully fitted outdoor kitchen you might even stop cooking inside during the summer!

From the pool area a stairway leads up on the roof where a shielded roof terrace is the perfect place for sun bathing even if there should be a slight breeze.

A small veranda is situated outside the villa, commanding a relaxing view of the pool area, and a good place to keep an eye on young children playing in the pool. Entering through the front door you come to the large and welcoming lounge with a nice seating area for 8 people. Here you find a TV with international channels as well as a DVD player: a good place to cool down after a day in the sun.

The other end of the lounge opens up to a large fully fitted American styled kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and all other accessories one would expect to find in a modern kitchen.

Leaving the lounge area a hallway leads down to the sleeping quarters. Here you find 3 bedrooms, two of them with large double beds and one with twin beds. A shared bathroom with a bathtub is found in the hallway and an en suite bathroom is found in the master bedroom.

This villa is kept to a good standard and ideal for child families or couples traveling together. Enjoy!

Torrevieja

Torrevieja is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons, which form the well-known “Salterns of Torrevieja”. It is situated on the Costa Blanca, approximately one hours drive South from Benidorm and 40 minutes from Alicante airport.

It is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. It is said to be good for sufferers of arthritis, asthma and rheumatism. The area is regarded by the World Health Organization as having the healthiest climate in Europe.

Torrevieja isn’t a resort in the package holiday sense, there are only a few hotels and the area is much loved by the Spanish who flock here during the summer months for their holidays.
